Issam Zeraidi
Issam is an investment associate at Averroes Capital, covering sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio management to help founders scale their business. He brings a strategy and transformation background focused on how businesses grow and improve operational performance.
Before Averroes, Issam was a strategy manager at KPMG, advising clients on growth initiatives and operating-model transformation across the consumer and tech sectors. He holds a master's degree in Finance and Accounting and has completed all three levels of the CFA program.
Originally from Belgium with Moroccan roots, Issam also speaks French and Moroccan. A former professional swimmer, he remains highly active outside work, playing football and tennis, and is an avid diver when travelling abroad.
